We will arrange collection. Once you have chosen & purchased your style of photography you can select the day for pick up and we will send you a packing slip.

Absolutely. Select your preferred date at checkout.  Our couriers are able to collect Monday-Friday.

Re-touching is included in the price. We are only happy if your are happy.

This time can vary, depending on your items and quantity we will always aim to complete any project within 10 working days. After you have made your purchase and we have received your items we will contact you with an update and lead times.

Your items are safe in our hands and they will be tracked and insured with our courier.

The only preparation required is to ensure the contents is packaged securely. We will repackage your items the same way. We will temporarily remove any tags and ensure any buttons or stickers are in the correct location. We will also stream your item before shooting to remove any creases and steam again before returning your product due to COVID-19.

You have full copyright permissions for commercial and print. We can provide this information in writing if required.

Yes. We can rename the files for you from the barcode. If you alternately require specific file names we will need a document with either a barcode or description followed by the desired file name. This service is an additional 50p per item.
